high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve strong progress and
attainment, with learning tailored to individual needs and abilities. Create a
safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment built on mutual respect,
high expectations and positive behaviour management. Use
assessment, feedback and pupil data effectively to monitor progress, set
targets and adapt teaching to support every learner, including pupils with
SEND, EAL and additional needs. Work
collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers and the wider Avanti Schools
Trust community to promote pupils’ wellbeing, achievement and personal
development. Contribute
positively to the wider life and ethos of the school through professional
development, teamwork, safeguarding responsibilities and active participation
in school events and initiatives. Promote and safeguard
the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies What are we looking for? Qualified
to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject QTS
