Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons that engage, challenge and support all learners to achieve their full potential. Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress, provide feedback, and inform future teaching and learning. Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and backgrounds of all students. Contribute to student progress and wellbeing through effective tutoring, pastoral care, and safeguarding practices. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance curriculum delivery and maintain a positive learning environment.. Pay range: M1 - UPS 3 (Fringe) £34,398 - £52,490 Qualifications and Skills: Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) Has a passion for Geography and excellent subject knowledge Can motivate and challenge students to achieve their best Has strong classroom management and communication skills Shares our commitment to inclusion and student success What are we about?
