You are not just supervising an hour; you are the consistent, trusted adult our pupils can turn to if they are troubled, ensuring their safety and welfare across the dining hall and playground. What You’ll Bring A calm, patient, and positive approach to supporting children with their social skills and play. The ability to work effectively within a committed team to manage dining hall routines, including helping children with trays and maintaining a clean environment. A proactive attitude toward supervising outdoor play safely, including monitoring activities on our popular trim trail. Excellent communication skills to report incidents clearly and follow school procedures. A strong commitment to safeguarding principles and the welfare of young people.
