About the Role The UPPA plays a key role in ensuring that students are supported to thrive by identifying and removing barriers to learning and personal development, including attendance, behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing needs. β’ Key responsibilities include: β’ Acting as a first point of contact for students and parents/carers β’ Providing day-to-day pastoral support β’ Working with staff and external agencies to coordinate support β’ Supporting attendance improvement β’ Managing behaviour systems and supporting students β’ Supporting safeguarding processes and maintaining records Why Join Cirencester Kingshill School?
