About the role

Are you a passionate, creative and forward thinking teacher? Do you want to work in a school that is committed to giving all of its children the best start possible? St Helen’s is a wonderfully inclusive school to work in. Based in the centre of the town we serve a rich and culturally diverse community that makes our school special in so many ways. We are always striving to improve the outcomes for our pupils and the school's motto is 'Striving for Excellence and Equality through Equity and Empowerment' an approach that Ofsted commented as being 'embedded throughout the schools culture'. Research underpins much of our work and we work collaboratively at school and Trust level to ensure all of our pupils have access to the best opportunities and teaching we can give. The staff work well together drawing upon each others strengths. Balancing wellbeing and workload is high on the schools agenda which is why we only employ those who fit the schools ethos and understand how to prioritise what is important.
