Main School Teaching Assistants PE Teaching Assistant (female) ARB Teaching Assistant Fixed term, in the first instance, until 31 August 2027 30 hours per week available, term time only (44.6 total paid weeks) Β£24,219per annum(subject to pay rise) (NB this salary will be proportionately reduced to reflect part/termtime only working) Redruth School is a successful school set in beautiful West Cornwall. We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to take a pro-active role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of our students. The successful candidates will support the curriculum and the school through the provision of assistance to the classroom teacher in the practical organisation of class activities and small group work. Applicants will need: the ability to work with young people excellent communication skills self-motivation and a friendly manner a high standard of computer literacy and excellent organisational skills to be passionate about promoting learning and achievement for all the ability to work effectively as part of a team English and Maths GCSE grade C/4/NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
