week / term time plus one week

Actual salary pro

rata: £27,914 to £28,799 pa, depending on length of service.

We

are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Manager to join our

Academy team and provide classroom cover for short term absences by delivering

pre-planned lessons. This is a vital

role at the Academy and will make a positive difference to the continuity of

education for our students.

This

post will suit either those looking to build upon existing experience or who

are considering a career in education / teaching and wish to gain valuable

classroom experience. Many of our previous postholders have progressed to

teaching careers.

are looking for candidates who:

Can deliver

high quality cover lessons in which students can learn and make progress, using

the cover work provided. Are a role

model for high standards. Have excellent

communication and organization skills. Have a flexible

and ‘can-do’ approach to work. Work both collaboratively

and on their own initiative.
