What are we looking for? We are looking for an individual with English & Maths A* -C grade or equivalent Experience of working with young people Has well-developed ICT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications i.e. Word, Excell, Outlook, Teams etc Demonstrates effective communication skills (both orally and in writing), relevant to the audience and purpose. Understanding of behaviour policies and mechanisms to improve behaviour and maximise learning opportunities Proven experience of working in a school environment
