Worle School is looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to drive our school's core functions forward. Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will act as the schools project coordinator. You will collaborate with staff, manage external contractors, and juggle multiple deadlines to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. If this sounds like something you could do, please do apply! Accuracy is key in this role - you will secure critical compliance paperwork, update training logs, and maintain a flawless Single Central Record (SCR) You will champion H&S, Compliance, & Estates, school trips and HR arrangements on a local level. To be successful, you will have: At least three years of experience in an administrative function (experience in a school setting is a plus!). Five GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including Maths and English. Excellent ICT skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and spreadsheets. The flexibility to handle "emotive" situations with calm, professional reassurance. A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
