To carry out the role of Designated

Safeguarding Lead as a key member of the senior leadership team.

To manage the behaviour, attendance and

pastoral care of students and work effectively with other staff, families

and carers to overcome barriers to learning.

To maintain accurate safeguarding record Experience/skills GCSE Maths and English (Grade C above/

equivalent) Qualified Safeguarding Training, preferable DSL,
