An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen at Ormiston Denes Academy,. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader, who is ambitious, dedicated and determined to make a difference to students while upholding the highest standards, as an Assistant Principal with responsibility for Behaviour and Attitudes. The successful candidate will be have a strong pastoral background, with proven experience of how they have made an impact on data and processes relating to student behaviour and able uphold and continue to develop a well embedded culture of behaviour and attitudes across the academy, so that all students embody the academy expectations of Ready, Responsible, Respectful, Kind and Proud. You will be leading a well-established team of Year Leaders and Pastoral Managers, offering support, mentoring and advice and guidance where needed and undertake responsibilities as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
