role plays a key part in ensuring the school operates efficiently and
sustainably, enabling staff to focus on delivering excellent education for the pupils. Manage the day-to-day office administrative functions Operational responsibilities across HR management and procedures Manage the booking and records of staff CPD Responsibility for maintaining the Single Central
Record System lead for key systems e.g. MIS Manage and develop office team Oversight of the SEN administrative process Responsible for the coordination and submission of
Workforce and School census You will have: Experience of
working in a busy and pressurised administrative environment (preferably within
a school setting) Experience of HR
management and procedures Experience of supporting
and leading office staff effectively, modelling professionalism and teamwork Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Experience of developing and continually improving effective administrative systems and procedures High levels of
accuracy, meticulous attention to detail whilst maintaining professional
integrity Ability to work
under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Confident use of
IT systems, including Microsoft 365 Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
