About the Role We are looking for a School Business Manager to join our team to strengthen the support function of the school. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a vibrant school, responsible for leading the management of finance, administration, HR, estates, catering, and health and safety. Working closely with the Headteacher and the central Trust team, you will ensure efficient, secure and effective business operations that support outstanding outcomes for pupils. The role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can manage teams, embed Trust policies and procedures, and play a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing school community.
