Park High School · Stanmore, London
This is a key operational role at the heart of Park High School, combining responsibility for the accurate management and reporting of student data with the effective organisation and delivery of internal and external examinations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, curriculum leaders, teaching staff, support staff, students, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure that both data systems and examination processes are efficient, compliant and support high standards and strong student outcomes. For much of the academic year, the role will focus on supporting the school’s assessment, reporting and data functions, ensuring that information is accurate, timely and meaningful for monitoring progress and informing decision-making. The postholder will play an important part in maintaining the integrity of the school’s data systems and in providing high-quality information and analysis to staff and leaders across the school. During the examination season, the focus of the role shifts significantly, with the postholder acting as Examinations Lead for the day-to-day planning, coordination and smooth delivery of the full examinations cycle. This includes overseeing Lead Invigilators and ensuring that all examinations are run securely, efficiently and in full accordance with JCQ and awarding body requirements. This role would suit a highly organised, calm and meticulous professional who enjoys working at pace, can manage competing deadlines and is confident building strong working relationships across the school community. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Exams Officer looking to broaden into data, or a Data Officer seeking to develop leadership in exams, offering genuine variety and professional growth across two essential areas of school operations. At its core, this role is about supporting student achievement through the accurate management of school data and the secure, compliant administration of examinations. It offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on both the day-to-day running of the school and the wider success of its students.
