About the role We are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to join our existing team to provide high‑quality administrative support role to the leadership team. The role is for 20 hours a week, term time only with the working pattern to be agreed. This is a key role in ensuring our school runs smoothly and that pupils, parents and staff feel welcomed, supported and safe. Key responsibilities include: handling telephone calls, emails and daily enquiries efficiently and sensitively supporting admissions, leavers and transition processes taking responsibility for the transfer of statutory data to the DfE and LA supporting compliance and health & safety tasks (training logs, compliance checks, incident records) maintaining first aid records and supporting pupil welfare when children are unwell or upset drafting and checking communications to parents (letters, newsletters, messages) on behalf of the Headteacher providing general administrative support to leaders and teaching staff, preparing documents and meeting materials managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and contractors with a warm, professional approach as part of the team monitoring daily attendance, following up on absences and maintaining accurate pupil records safeguarding visitors and handling confidential information with discretion This role offers a real opportunity to shape parental relationships and contribute to our strategic priorities and embedding our core values across school life.
