This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Behaviour Support Leader. This role will oversee both our responsive and planned behaviour intervention provision, ensuring high-quality support for students who require additional guidance and support to succeed. This is a important student-facing role, focused on building positive relationships, supporting students, and helping them engage positively within school life. They work closely with families, teaching staff and pastoral teams, coordinating and delivering interventions and undertaking associated administrative responsibilities to ensure effective communication, monitoring and positive outcomes. As a visible presence around the school, they model the school’s values, and play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive and aspirational culture. To work 37 hours per week (08:15 - 16:15), term time only, plus 5 Inset Days. he starting salary is £33,699 pa FTE with pay progression linked to local government SCP salary scale 22-26 (actual pro-rata’d salary £28,985pa).
