Teacher of PE (Fixed Term)

King Edward VI School Lichfield is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Physical Education

to join a dynamic, high-performing department. This role is being advertised as part-time but a full

time appointment will be considered for a suitable candidate. For a full-time position, the ability to

offer a second subject would be desirable. This post is suitable for a current classroom teacher or for

an Early Career Teacher.

We are looking for a creative and adaptable teacher with a commitment to extra-curricular

activities. There is opportunity for the appointed teacher to teach examination PE at key stage four

and/or five. A specialism in rugby, football, and/or cricket would be beneficial, particularly for extra

curricular activities. Excellent communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain positive

relationships with students, colleagues and parents are essential.
