Required for a September 2026 start or January 2027 for the right candidate. King Edward VI Handsworth Wood Girlsβ Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Director of Inclusion - SENDCo to lead and develop inclusion and SEND provision across Key Stages 3-5. This is an extended Leadership Team role offering a rewarding opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to extend their impact whole school. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Leaders to shape inclusive practice, ensure statutory compliance, and improve outcomes for students with special educational needs and disabilities. We are proud of our inclusive ethos and are looking for a leader who will champion high expectations, effective support and positive outcomes for all learners. The post is available for a September start though a January stat will be considered for the right candidate.
