Green Meadows Pastoral Welfare Leader Permanent Contract - 37 hours a week Term time only plus 5 working days (39 weeks) Salary: Point S1 P23-25 FTE £34,434-£36,363 Actual £29,712-£31,377 per annum Green Meadows Academy, part of the Wellspring Academy Trust, is a generic special school based on two sites and 4 partnerships - Green Meadows Primary and Green Meadows Secondary are both based in Guiseley. The Post We are excited to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Pastoral Welfare Leader to join our team at Green Meadows Academy, a specialist SEN setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our vision for outstanding pastoral care, working closely with the Pastoral Lead and Leadership Team to ensure the welfare, emotional growth, and positive behaviour of our students. As a key member of our team, you will implement innovative strategies to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment across a busy multi-site setting.
