Teaching Assistant L evel 3 Grade 6, SCP 7-11 plus breakfast club scp 5-6 cover 5 days a week. Β£19,485 - Β£20,658 per annum (pay award pending) Term time plus 2 PD Days Permanent Contract 32.5 hours (Mon-Fri - 8.00am - 3.15pm) Required - 1 September 2026. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role will enable you to support children both academically and developmentally. The successful candidate will be passionate about primary school education and have an understanding and experience of working with children in the primary sector. They will be able to demonstrate a range of skills in managing pupilβs emotions in a proactive, positive and supportive way, enabling them to get the very best out of their learning and development. Working at Level 3, the successful candidate will be expected to lead the class during times such as PPA Applicants will be resilient, creative and deeply committed to the well-being of children. They will have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with parents, staff and external agencies. Most importantly they will have a can-do attitude and a sense of humour ! This person will also support our extremely successful breakfast club every morning ensuring our pupils are happy and ready for school every day.
