This role will focus on teaching and learning support, including working with pupils in class, delivering small-group interventions and providing lesson cover for PPA and staff absence as required. We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant who combines strong classroom practice with a kind and nurturing ethos. The successful candidate will be able to deliver whole-class teaching when required and provide effective intervention and support for pupils across the primary age range, including Upper Key Stage 2.
