Wrap Around Care Club Leader

We have an established group of families currently accessing Wrap Around Care on our school site and are taking this in-house from September 2026. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead our wrap around care provision, creating a vibrant, safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive. The role will foster a nurturing setting that supports children’s social, emotional and creative development through a rich balance of structured activities, high-quality play opportunities and supportive adult interaction. A key part of the role will include overseeing bookings, communicating with families and supporting other members of staff working within the provision. Working hours will be 2.00pm - 5.45pm Monday to Friday, term time only. The successful candidates will fit this person specification: Essential Experience working with primary-aged children. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to manage groups of children effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach. Desirable Relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Playwork, or equivalent). First Aid qualification. Experience leading clubs or childcare provision. Knowledge of school policies and procedures. Food hygiene qualification. Personal Qualities Warm, caring, and approachable. Positive role model for children. Committed to supporting the values and ethos of a Church of England school. Team player with a proactive attitude.
