teaching assistant who:
Has experience and skills to work with
pupils with specific educational needs within a mainstream setting.
Is able to support the professional work
of the teacher within the classroom.

relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Has good communication and
organisational skills.
Demonstrates the ability to work
proactively and with flexibility as part of a team.
Has a βcan doβ positive attitude and a
willingness to go the extra mile
The successful candidate will be
required to support individual pupils and small groups leading interventions
and SEND targets. There will be opportunities for professional development in
aspects of SEND and teaching and learning.
