This vacancy has arisen following the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher to Head of School, reflecting the strong culture of leadership development within our setting. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school. This will include supporting the continued development of our curriculum and assessment, helping to manage the day-to-day organisation of the school, and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive improvement. You will work in close partnership with the Headteacher to further enhance teaching and learning and ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
