Learning Support Assistant - Little Milton Primary School Part-time (15 hours per week with flexibility possible) We reserve the right to interview and appoint before the closing date, so early applications are encouraged. Little Milton C of E Primary School is a small, friendly and nurturing village school with a big heart. We are seeking a caring, patient and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team from September 2026. This role involves providing 1:1 support for individual pupils, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive within our school community. This is a part-time role for 15 hours per week. We are open to discussing how the hours are arranged across the week for the right candidate. About the Role: You will work closely with individual children to support their learning, wellbeing and engagement in school life. This may include supporting pupils within the classroom, delivering targeted interventions and helping children to develop independence, confidence and positive relationships.
