As a Class Teacher at The Grange Primary School, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning that inspires and challenges all pupils. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress effectively, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported to succeed. Key responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and support achievement Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and wellbeing Differentiate learning to ensure all pupils, including those with additional needs, can access the curriculum Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practice Pay range: M1 - M6 - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Permanent Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status Strong classroom practice with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to high expectations for all pupils’ achievement and behaviour Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Skilled in assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs What are we about?
