About you:
You will be:
a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with excellent subject knowledge.
able to plan and deliver consistently high-quality, well-structured lessons across relevant key stages, promoting strong progress and outcomes.
skilled in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and high-attaining students.
a strong communicator who builds positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents/carers, and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
committed to high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement, creating a safe and stimulating environment rooted in mutual respect.
proactive in contributing beyond the classroom, supporting enrichment opportunities and the wider curriculum.
reflective and motivated to continually develop your own practice while supporting and influencing the development of others.
highly competent in all elements of the Teachersβ Standards, with a sustained and substantial contribution expected at Upper Pay Scale.
