The Role The Primary school is basedat our Connaught Road site and works with young people with EHCPs As Interim Head of School, you will: Lead theday-to-day operationsof thePrimary School Contribute strategically to the wider organisation Inspire and develop a committed staff team Deliver acreative and inclusive curriculum Ensure every young person is supported to succeed Work in partnership with the SENCO to ensure identified needs are met The role provides a chance to: Gain senior leadership experience in an alternative provision setting Extend your strategic and operationalexpertise Work collaboratively across schools in Brighton & Hove Make a meaningful impact on young people’s futures We Are looking for Someone Who: Is passionate about supporting young people with barriers to learning Can lead a creative and engaging curriculum Thrives in a challenging yet rewarding environment Values collaboration and teamwork Brings energy, resilience and strong leadership
