Working under the guidance of the SENDCo, and you will deliver planned learning activities to individuals and small groups, both in and out of the classroom. The role will involve supporting pupils with specific or complex needs, therefore experience in working in a similar environment would be advantageous. You will work within the SEN team to plan and prepare learning activities. You will play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, supporting students’ academic progress and personal development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young people. Previous experience in a school setting, particularly within a secondary school, is desirable.
