About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring full-time secondary trained teacher to deliver high quality teaching and targeted interventions to support students, some of which may have additional learning needs, be subject to behaviour sanctions or be out of lessons for a variety of pastoral/wellbeing reasons. Working within the school’s inclusion provision (COMPASS), you will deliver small group teaching across all subjects, provide personalised support, and work collaboratively with colleagues to promote inclusive practice across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a secondary trained teacher with a passion for supporting student wellbeing and outcomes to further develop and manage this provision.
