We are now seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and work in close partnership with the Executive Principal to lead our school, to build on our strengths and further enhance our school community. The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in strategic leadership, school improvement, and daily operational management, ensuring that St John’s continues to provide an outstanding education for all pupils. You will be a visible, approachable leader who inspires staff, motivates pupils, and builds strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider parish community.
