As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, contribute to lesson delivery, and play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning. Your work will support both academic progress and the wider development of students’ confidence, independence, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, proactive approach to supporting young people. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to maintain high expectations and a supportive and inclusive school culture. Communicates clearly and effectively with staff, students, and parents where appropriate. Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
