Naphill and Walters Ash School · High Wycombe, South East
Dear
future SENDCo,
We
are looking for a confident,
ambitious and thoughtful practitioner who wants to make a real
difference — not just maintain what already works. If
you believe inclusion belongs at the heart of a school (not filed away in a
policy), and you’re someone who is curious, reflective and keen to keep getting
better, then this might be the role for you. You’ll
lead SEND across the school — but this isn’t just about systems and paperwork.
You’ll shape provision, support staff, work closely with families, and stay
connected to the classroom through teaching.
Put simply: you’ll have real influence, and real
responsibility.
