Provide clear, cohesive leadership and direction
in the department by motivating teachers and those supporting in the
classroom to develop innovative strategies to enhance the quality of
learning, teaching and achievement.
Provide and showcase highly
engaging, relevant and innovative learning opportunities at all key stages to
ensure students make exceptional progress. What
