Our Lady & St Paul’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing and successful school community. We encourage our children to care, share, belong and thrive through God's love and friendship. The Role We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant who will:

Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.

Promote children's social, emotional and physical development.

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Observe, assess and record children's progress.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

Support the Catholic ethos and values of the school.

We are seeking an individual who has:

Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Has experience of working within an EYFS setting.

Has a good understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework.

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Is enthusiastic, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Will actively support and contribute to the Catholic life of the school.
