The Role In this vital position, you won’t just be a staff member; you will be a catalyst for independence. By building skillful, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals, you will ensure our pupils’ futures remain the ultimate priority. Working within a highly collaborative team of advocates, you will harness the power of the wider school network to amplify our pupils' voices and bridge the gap between home and school. Key Responsibilities The Vision: Facilitate person-centered 'Path Plans', creating an inclusive space where pupils can dream and aspire without limits. The Impact: Don't stop at the dream. You will be the driving force putting plans into action, ensuring those aspirations become a lived reality. The Bridge: Act as the core link between families and the school network, providing robust support, guidance, and advocacy to ensure every pupil thrives. About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about equality, resilient in the face of challenges, and deeply committed to the welfare of children and young adults. If you have a background in family support, social care, or education, and you possess the unique ability to truly listen and take action, we want to hear from you. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to a check being carried out at an Enhanced level by the Disclosure and Barring Service regarding any previous criminal record.
