This role provides the opportunity to teach and support children who enjoy learning as well as to lead keep up interventions within the year group. We are looking for a teaching assistant who is: Creative and enthusiastic. Able to bring out the best in children and make learning fun. Able to inspire others. Able to demonstrate that they understand how to support learning in both directed teaching time and in the continuous provision. Able to engage in pupils’ play, closing gaps and moving learning on. Able to meet the differing needs of children so that they reach their full potential. Committed to working closely with the school community. Keen to become part of our successful team.
