Our Trust is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team! If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual, who is committed to helping children reach their full potential, and passionate about working with children, we would love to hear from you. 30.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break plus, 30 minutes of planning time on one day per week Grade F (Point 12 - 17) £28,598 - £31,022 per annum pro-rata, (Actual Salary c. £19,576 - £21,235) Term time only Permanent Required September 2026 The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children. We are looking to appoint Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our Trust with the skills to work across the primary school age range. The successful candidates will work each day to cover classes for PPA across the school. The contract also allows time for weekly planning within the year group team. Staff will be employed by the Trust as a whole, but the current vacancies are required at Canford Heath Junior and Ad Astra Infant School, in the first instance.
