The successful candidate will support children in Key Stage 2, including those with Special Educational Needs, and will lead targeted interventions with individuals and small groups. The role also includes Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) responsibilities. You will need to: have strength, experience and relevant qualifications have experience of working with children; have a good understanding of how to motivate children to engage in their learning; be determined to identify what helps a child learn, overcoming barriers along the way; have excellent communication skills; be creative and have a willingness to offer new ideas; be a good listener, facilitator for learning, motivator and role model.
