We are looking for someone who:   Has a genuine passion for working with children.  Is patient, flexible, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.  Works well as part of a team and shows initiative.  Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent).  Ideally has experience in a school setting (though not essential – training will be provided).
