Working closely with the Strategic Business Manager and leadership team, they will have responsibility for leading the effective management of operational functions of the school including Finance, HR, compliance, health and safety and facilities management. Key responsibilities include: Leading on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to maximise funding and school resources to support the teaching and learning environment Overseeing the HR operations and maintaining compliance with safer recruitment and contract management. Overseeing premises, health & safety, GDPR and compliance Line management and development of operations support staff Supporting senior leadership with strategic decision-making Skills and experience required: Has strong financial management experience, preferably with school finance and budgets Demonstrates excellent leadership and organisational skills Has strong working knowledge of HR processes including safer recruitment, contract management and staff development. Is highly motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
