We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with responsibility
for supporting and monitoring EAL teaching and pupils across the school. If you have a passion, ambition and commitment to ensure our children reach their potential and develop a love of learning particularly in the outdoors then we would love to hear from you! We would like a HLTA who: has a genuine interest in children and is able to respond to them professionally with a quiet authority. is passionate about meeting the needs of all children including those with SENd additional needs. can lead the class during PPA and cover situations. can support the class teacher to ensure the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of the school. will contribute to raising standards of achievement for all children. is willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community. wishes to work in an organisation with strong ethical values and is willing to work with us to ensure that The Elliot Foundation Values are embedded.
