We are looking for someone who: Can deliver high quality teaching and learning in EYFS Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment Can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups Can confidently cover a whole class on an occasional, short-term basis Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning Is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons Can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions Can keep detailed notes on progress and attainment Is able to work effectively as part of a team Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff Will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community
