Key Stage 1 Lead

Main Duties and Responsibilities Work in close collaboration with the Headteacher and SLT in whole school development Actively support the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promote high levels of achievement throughout Line manage staff within KS1, undertaking performance management. In partnership with the Headteacher and SLT, monitor the quality of teaching and children’s progress and attainment in KS1 Ensure strategies are implemented so that pupils’ outcomes in KS1 are in-line or above national average Have the skills and knowledge to be able to accurately moderate outcomes in KS1 We have passion for the work we do.
