You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with: ·CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience ·Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice ·Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and support at all levels ·Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism ·Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset ·A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach Experience in education or safeguarding?
