Early Career Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate

learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

framework. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive

learning environment. Assess, monitor, and record children's progress

and development. Build positive relationships with children,

parents, carers, and colleagues. Work collaboratively with the Nursery team to

support high-quality teaching and learning. Contribute to the wider life of the school

community.
