5 Dimensions Trust is currently advertising for the following exciting opportunity to start at Shenley Brook End School Behaviour Coach 1 Year Fixed Term - Maternity Cover To commence September 2026 37 hours per week - 39 weeks per year (Term time plus training days) Salary: Grade 6 £31,536 - £35,412 p.a. FTE actual salary £27,366 - £30,730 p.a actual Hours of Work - 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break per day An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to become a Behaviour Coach for Shenley Brook End School. You will work closely alongside our Pastoral provision, supporting named students to manage their behaviour and access the full curriculum, in mainstream lessons, small group, bespoke programmes or one to one intervention.   You will promote positive behaviour, working with students, staff, and parents/carers to manage behaviour proactively through well-defined routines, highly positive relationships, a restorative approach, and use of proportionate and personalised rewards.   The ideal candidate will: - Have previous experience of working with students/learners in a similar environment.
