The role: SENCO & SRP Lead Contract: Permanent Start: ASAP/1st September 2026 Salary: MPS/ UPS + SEN Allowance of £2,787 - £5,497 Vacancy Details St. Mary and All Saints C of E Primary School is a large, multicultural, urban school in the heart of Reading, where we serve a richly diverse community. We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an inspirational and knowledgeable SENCO to join us and lead our two established Specialist Resource Provisions. Both units are situated in recently refurbished classrooms, both accessing their own outdoor and sensory areas. The successful candidate will be supported by a strong SEN Team, including a mainstream school SENCO, 2 dedicated SEN teachers and 10 SEN Teaching Assistants, ensuring that the SEN pupils in the resource bases reach their absolute potential, are loved, happy and experience the school’s vision of ‘Life in all its Fullness’.
