Princes Risborough School As part of the Insignis Academy Trust We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant school community as a Raising Achievement Officer Full time but part time can be considered, Permanent 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) Salary: Bucks Pay Range 3 £24,623 - £26,412 (Full time equivalent £29,114 - £31,230) Start date - September 2026 Closing Date for applications: Friday 19th June 2026 at 12 noon The position We’re looking to appoint a Raising Achievement Officer who would, among their duties, be responsible for supporting students in their learning, liaising with staff and external agencies according to students’ needs as necessary. The successful applicant will: Have the ability to build and maintain constructive and professional relationships with parents, students, staff, governors and external agencies Be part of an enthusiastic team and have a flexible approach to working. A good general level of education, have excellent communication skills and be flexible, adaptable and resourceful. Have good interpersonal skills, capable of interacting well with students, parents and other staff members. Have good IT skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and Google.
