Actual Annual Salary £6,505.84 - £7,057.51 Hours: 10 hours per week (1.5 days per week 08:30-15:15 one day and 8.30-12.15 another day. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and nurturing team where every child feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to achieve their best. The Role: As HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting learning across the school. You will work collaboratively with teachers to lead and deliver lessons, support groups and individuals, and help shape high-quality provision. This role requires creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for helping children grow—in knowledge, confidence, and character.
